Rail Brakes
Rail Brakes are supplied with a stand-alone hydraulic power unit. All stand-alone hydraulic power units are manufactured by Custom Fluidpower and are 100% fully manufactured and tested in Australia using locally available hydraulic components. Electric motors can be any preferred brand. Custom Fluidpower has extensive experience in the selection of the right product for your application.

Extended Stroke Model
- This Rail Clamp maintains the constant force patented wedge mechanism of previous models.
- The wedge is designed to work with extended stroke springs to ensure the clamp can provide full clamping force throughout

- This clamp is designed to be set and provide full clamping during crane operation.
- The ES clamp is Hillmar Industries new generation Rail Clamp designed to protect the crane with climate change for most in wind.

Floating Shoe Mechanism
- The ES Clamp has a floating shoe.
- This patented shoe accommodates the angle of contact required as the rail wears.
- 100% contact of shoe and rail is guaranteed at all times.
- 5 mm per side retracted clearance
- Stroke of clamp allows for 5 mm per side of worn shoe or rail without any adjustment having to be made to the clamp.
- Guaranteeing 100% shoe contact on rail, even when shoe or rail wears.
