Application

Frac tank trailers experienced mechanical failures with the manually-operated stabiliser legs. This resulted in prime mover wait time, and costly crane hire call-out to remote areas.

Solution

Designed and installed a complete hydraulic stabiliser legs system. The system comprises of hydraulic cylinders stabiliser leg and a diesel-hydraulic power unit, that features individual lever control.
