Custom Fluidpower can now offer in house chroming repairs on large size cylinder rods or large size telescopic cylinder rods.  

In cases with small nicks and shallow scoring which would usually require a very expensive full re chrome of the cylinder rod resulting in costly down time, Custom Fluipower can now offer in house electro plating brush chroming services.
 
On larger size cylinder rods you can expect to save up to 70% of the cost of a full re chrome of a large cylinder rod.
 
Our workshop facilities include a 5 ton overhead gantry crane and 12 meter cylinder bench with full test facilities.
